Mini Burger Waffles
Ingredients:
Makes 8 Burger Waffles
- 8 Patties, cooked
- 2 packs Bacon Slices, cooked
- Small packet Waffle pre-mix
- Small packet Lettuce, layers and washed
- 1 Tomato, washed and sliced
- 1 Purple Onion, sliced into rings
- 8 Cheese Slices OR 2 cups Cheese, grated
- Salt & Pepper, to taste

For the Waffles
Please note: When using the Waffle Maker for this recipe, it can only be used over warm coals, stove top and gas burners (excluding glass ceramic tops).
- Grease your Waffle Maker using Non-Stick Grill Spray.
- Prepare the waffle batter according to the packaging instructions.
- Heat the Waffle Maker on medium heat for +-5 minutes.
- Pour a cup of the waffle batter on the prepared Waffle Maker and cook for +-5 minutes. Flip the Waffle Maker and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat the process to make the second waffle.
- Once cooled down, slice the waffle in equal ¼ sizes by following the lines made by the Waffle Maker.
To Assemble
- Once all of the burger “layers” are cooked and prepped, you can start to assemble the Waffle Burgers.
- Place 4 sliced waffles on a flat surface.
- Next, add the lettuce, patty, cheese, bacon, tomato and onion ring and top with the second waffle.
- Serve and enjoy!
