Gently trim the edges of the asparagus to ensure all of them are more or less 12cm long.
In a mixing bowl, add the asparagus and oil and gently toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place a string of bacon on a flat surface. Roll and cover 5-6 asparagus spears. Tip: Secure the bacon and asparagus with a toothpick for stability
Allow to braai for 10 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is cooked through. Enjoy as a side dish or snack at your next braai!
