Burger Jaffles
Ingredients:
- ½ tsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Beef Patties
- 4 slices White bread
- 2 tbsp. Softened butter
- 4 sliced Cheddar
- Burger Sauce, optional
- Fried potato chips, to serve
Directions:
- In your Cast Iron Skillet/Frying Pan (22cm), heat oil over high heat. Add the patties and fry for +-5 minutes on each side until golden and browned. Season with salt and pepper and remove the skillet from the heat.
- Grease your 3-in-1 Jaffle Maker with Non-stick Grill Spray and preheat over the coals or stove.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread and place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down in the Jaffle Maker. Top each with a patty, 2 slices of cheese, drizzle each with burger sauce, then with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up. Close the Jaffle Maker and slice off the bread edges. Leave to cook for +- 5 minutes or until golden and remove from the heat.
- Cut each jaffle in half and serve with crispy fried chips.
