Make Your Own Meatballs At Home
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 large Egg, beaten
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ tsp. Dried oregano
- ¾ tsp. Kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. Ground black pepper
- 450g Ground beef
- 2 tbsp. Oil
- ¼ cup onion, chopped finely
- 2 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Parsley, chopped

Directions:
- Prepare your Meatballs: In a large bowl, stir milk and breadcrumbs and leave to sit for 5 minutes. Stir in the egg, cheese, oregano, salt and pepper until blended. Add the ground meat and use a fork to mix all the ingredients.
- Form the Meatballs: Wet your hands and form the meatball mixture into small balls. To help the portioning process, you can use an ice-cream scoop. You should get a total of 20 meatballs.
- Fry your Meatballs: Heat oil over medium heat in your Cast Iron Skillet. Carefully place the meatballs down into the hot oil and cook until the outside is golden brown and cooked through, for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
