Spaghetti Pasta with meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 480g Beef meatballs
  • 1 Large onions, chopped
  • 1 Large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Clove of garlic, crushed or finely chopped
  • 10 Baby plum tomatoes, sliced into halves
  • 1 tbsp. Smoked sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp. Dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Tomato ketchup
  • 160g Spaghetti pasta

Directions:

  1. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil and cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. When the pasta is cooked, drain, rinse and set it aside.
  2. In your Teflon Volcano Fishing Pan, heat up vegetable oil and add in the onions. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes. Add in the sliced red bell peppers, continue to stir and cook for a further 3 minutes.
  3. Add the meatballs to the pan and allow to fry for about 12 minutes, whilst turning regularly so they brown evenly and cook through.
  4. Add the garlic, oregano, sweet paprika and tomatoes to the pan and continue to cook for another few minutes.
  5. Once all the ingredients are marinated together, add the cooked pasta to the pan and adjust the seasoning with a little salt and pepper, if preferred. Dig in and enjoy!
