Spaghetti Pasta with meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 480g Beef meatballs
- 1 Large onions, chopped
- 1 Large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Clove of garlic, crushed or finely chopped
- 10 Baby plum tomatoes, sliced into halves
- 1 tbsp. Smoked sweet paprika
- 1 tsp. Dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp. Tomato ketchup
- 160g Spaghetti pasta

Directions:
- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil and cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. When the pasta is cooked, drain, rinse and set it aside.
- In your Teflon Volcano Fishing Pan, heat up vegetable oil and add in the onions. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes. Add in the sliced red bell peppers, continue to stir and cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Add the meatballs to the pan and allow to fry for about 12 minutes, whilst turning regularly so they brown evenly and cook through.
- Add the garlic, oregano, sweet paprika and tomatoes to the pan and continue to cook for another few minutes.
- Once all the ingredients are marinated together, add the cooked pasta to the pan and adjust the seasoning with a little salt and pepper, if preferred. Dig in and enjoy!
